Intermediate Ashtanga Inspired Class

This intermediate class is challenging. We will practice hip openers, inversions, backbends and arm balances. Ann welcomes all students that want to explore the advanced postures of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga system. Some experience is helpful.

Beginning Hatha Class

A beginning Hatha yoga class is appropriate for students who want to build a strong foundation in basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Come stretch, strengthen and relax in this easy doing class.

All Level Class

All level classes are suited to students that are interested in learning basic and intermediate yoga postures and breathing techniques.  Ann will suggest different way to modify the postures to make the appropriate for any level student.  Classes include the sun salutation, standing poses, forward bends and twists. Introduction to inversions and backbends will also be covered in these classes.

Yoga Sutra Chanting

This is a private class. We learn to chant chapters 1 and 2 of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra and discuss the meaning. Feel free to bring a translation you are interested in. If you are interested in this class, contact Ann for details.
